Nice views of the country side - breakfast and lunch were very good - same with all crew service - the vineyard visit was excellent - great wine with snacks. Bus service was also very efficient. La croisière permet comme prévu , de découvrir les rives du Douro. Repas à bord était bien, service rapide par un personnel convivial. Pas de visite de Pinhao, visite d’un coin du vignoble avec quelques explications d’une personne. Dégustation rapide d’un vin, pas le temps de voir ce qui était dans la boutique et d’acheter même une bouteille, dommage pour le propriétaire. En plus un problème technique nous a contraint à rester une demi-heure assis dans le bus

Muy mal tener los servicios a dos tramos de escalera . No pude ir al labavo durante todo el trayecto al ser una persona se mobilidad reducida .. Tampoco.me.asignaron jna mesa en el primer piso.a pesar de explicar mi situacion al.personal del.crucero . Me .colocaron al.piso.de abajo con lo que dificulto mucho mi acceso de entrada y de salida .
