Pues fatal porque no hubo ningún crucero y todavía estamos esperando respuesta a la reclamación que hicimos de la devolución del dinero ya que no no hemos hecho el crucero y además nos ha ocasionado daños y perjuicios porque vinimos expresamente desde Granada a Oporto para hacer este crucero, daños que deberan de abonar, que corresponden a los billetes de avión y a la reserva de hotel ya que la excursión estrella por la que hicimos este viaje era el crucero

Se agradecería más espacio en las mesas, sillas más cómodas y un toldo arriba. El solazo en la cabeza no te deja disfrutar. Es un trayecto muy largo para tan poca comodidad.

La croisière permet comme prévu , de découvrir les rives du Douro. Repas à bord était bien, service rapide par un personnel convivial. Pas de visite de Pinhao, visite d’un coin du vignoble avec quelques explications d’une personne. Dégustation rapide d’un vin, pas le temps de voir ce qui était dans la boutique et d’acheter même une bouteille, dommage pour le propriétaire. En plus un problème technique nous a contraint à rester une demi-heure assis dans le bus
