Nosso maior interesse era em Fátima, então achamos que o tempo foi pouco. Sugiro a citação de um tour exclusivo para Fátima. O guia Filipe e o motorista fizeram um belo trabalho. Os inconvenientes no passeio foram o ponto de encontro; em dias de chuva deveria ser alterado. Não havia nenhum lugar para nos abrigamos. Isso mostra falta de cuidado com o cliente. Salimos con Filipe quien explico todo el tiempo. Pasear por Coimbra en el bus se pudo ver algo de la ciudad, paramos en la Universidad luego en una zona para tomar un café y comer dulces típicos .Me hubiera gustado ver otros puntos de interés más .Visitamos la casa de los pastores y llegamos a Fátima por las 12, comimos en el buffet del Hotel, salimos para Porto a las 15:30hs . La actividad estuvo muy bien. Al principio nos hubiera gustado que se indicara que el tour lo íbamos a realizar con una empresa de la zona ya que nos agobiamos pensando que estampas en el sitio equivocado. El viaje maravilloso con Macia como conductora; y Rafael fue el mejor guía que nos pudo tocar. También nos gustaría haber tenido más tiempo en las tres paradas principales para poder disfrutar mejor de la zona. Por el resto fue sin duda una experiencia que recomendaría a todo el mundo. Hice una excursión con ellos y en el bus finalizada la excursión me dejé por las prisas de salir de el un neceser de cosmética, al estar en una zona mal parado para dejarnos. Reclame el mismo día 29 a través de un correo de incidencias para poder recuperarlo y ni han contestado. No me gusta su poca profesionalidad supuesto que no se han hecho responsables de mi petición para recuperar mis pertenencias. No volvere a contratar más excursiónes con ellos por no ser responsables.

I went on an excursion with them, and on the bus at the end of the excursion, I left a cosmetic bag behind because I was in a hurry to get off the bus, as it was in a difficult area to drop us off. I complained on the 29th via an incident email to get it back, but they didn't even reply.
