The fact that you have to go to the headquarters of the company to print the voucher you got by email is somewhat old fashioned and surely inefficient and made us loose time. It makes no sense and it would have been easier to buy the ticket directly at the “harbour”

First and foremost the Name of the tour is an entire joke - it should Rather be called 2 Times 3 Bridges given That there are Not six different bridges on That Trip. We had Problems with our e-Ticket, the guy at the Office told us, we have to Print it out, After arguing with him 5 minutes, he printed it out and finally we could board the boat. On the boat there was no Information in english, what a waste of money! I advise all tourists coming to Porto to avoid the "Six Bridges Tour"!!!

We have spoken to the person who conducts the services and we confirm that you will visit the 6 bridges during the cruise, since it is one of the most important landmarks during the tour. As we mention during the booking process, customers must print their voucher to show it to an employee at the meeting point before the activity starts. The tour only includes a boat cruise, without a guide or an audio guide.

Cuando llegamos al embarcadero nos dijereon que primero teníamos que pasa la oficina del proveedor (que no tiene ningún cartel en el exterior) para imprimir el bono. Después camjearlo en el embarcadero por el ticket definitivo y una vez allí tuvimos que esperar porque el primer barco era para dos grupos de otra agencia. Habiendo realizado el pago ya no entiendo que tengas que ir a una oficina a imprimir nada teniendo el recibo en el móvil!

Por razones organizativas, en la web se advierte que es indispensable llevar el bono impreso. De esta manera podéis ir directamente al barco.
