En el email de reserva se indicaba expresamente que debia llevat la reserva impresa. Tenía la actividad a las 14:30 y estaba en la cola desde las 14:00. Cuando llego a la puerta de embarque me dicen que tengo que pasar por taquilla porque necesitaba otro ticket. Tuve que hacer una cola de 15 min. Con lo cual perdí mi turno y me tocó estar dentro del barco. Cuando había llegado con antelación para estar en cubierta. Podían haber avisado de este trámite. Muy mal organizado

Después de haber hecho la reserva online, había que esperar una cola larga para coger la entrada. Al final nos dejaron pasar pero teniendo que preguntar varias veces. Si no llegamos a insistir nos quedamos sin barco habiendo pagado y llegando con suficiente antelación. Después en el barco bien.

La actividad es bonita para conocer la ciudad. Lo malo que suben a más gente de la que se puede para poder ir todos sentados y cómodos. Nos tocó ir de pie y apretados. El señor que controlaba el acceso al barco bastante borde con los que estábamos tratando de ponernos en algún sitio para no molestar. Calidad precio no concuerda.

Civitatis nos decepcionó totalmente. Fue imposible realizar la actividad debido a su mala gestión y falta de información. Los "bonos" que venden no son oficiales; tras comprarlos, hay que hacer la misma fila que quienes no tienen asiento reservado, sin garantía de entrada. Al llegar al muelle, ni siquiera había crucero a la hora indicada, y tampoco obtuvimos ayuda ni reembolso. Recomiendo evitar Civitatis y contratar directamente con proveedores oficiales, evitando a Tomaz Do Douro.

Civitatis totally disappointed us. It was impossible to carry out the activity due to their poor management and lack of information. The "vouchers" they sell are not official; after buying them, you have to wait in the same line as those who do not have a reserved seat, with no guarantee of entry. When we arrived at the dock, there was not even a cruise at the indicated time, and we did not get any help or reimbursement. I recommend avoiding Civitatis and hiring directly with official suppliers, avoiding Tomaz Do Douro.

Muy mal organizado. Indican que hay que imprimir el billete. Y no es así, tienen que indicar que hay que canjear la reserva en el puesto de la compañía del barco. Había conseguido imprimir los billetes en el hotel y llegamos nedia hora antes. 14 30. Tuvimos que hacer cola y cuando me canjearon el billete ya eran las 15. y me dicen que el barco sale de otro sitio. Fuimos corriendo y ya no estaba el barco. Después de protestar, porque no nos ayudaron nada, me lo cambian a mano para las 16 h. !!!
