El paseo en trenecito por la ciudad pasable, pero en la bodega si eres español te ignoran porque pasan un vídeo en portugués y solo loo subtitulan en inglés. La visita a la bodega de unos 7 minutos más o menos y la cata dos oportos ,, el oscuro regulinchi y el blanco. Con un sabor a grapa "alcohol. ' que te hecha para atrás No vale la pena, el año pasa estuvimos en las de calem y y bastante mejor, el oporto también regular pero la visita y espectáculo de fado bien

Teníamos la excursión a las bodegas a las 11:00 horas y no había a la hora indicada. Nos lo cambiaron a una hora más tarde como un favor y tuvimos que modificar los planes. Fue tarde y en la bodega prácticamente todo fue a la carrera porque era su hora para almorzar. No debería Civitatis contratar algo que no puede cumplir.

Soy Concha Bouza y quiero quejarme de la visita realizada con el Tren turístico Magictrain en Oporto el pasado 2 de septiembre. Lo primero que hicieron fue llevarnos a la bodega, cuya visita estaba programada para el final, y nos tuvieron ahí tirados durante más de 1 hora. El día estaba lluvioso y mi marido llevaba un paraguas que lo dejó en el trencito por estar mojado pensando que el tren nos esperaba a la salida y sin que nadie nos hubiera informado previamente. El paraguas desapareció.

Pésimo, nos llevaron a la bodega y nos dejaron allí, la visita duró unos 25 minutos mal contados y como tenían que cerrar nos dejaron literalmente en la puerta donde tuvimos que esperar unos 20 minutos para que nos recogieran otra vez y seguir el tour, no están coordinados los del tren con la bodega, un caos total, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Pésima actividad. La hemos realizado hoy. El tren casi esta que se deshace del mal estado y apenas explican nada los audios. Como ha podido hemos llegado a la bodega, visita de 10 minutos, y más de una hora para que vinieran recogernos. El personal de las bodegas han llamado 4 veces a que alguien viniera a recogernos ya que tenían que cerrar y nosotros también llamamos sin éxito que nadie cogiera el teléfono. A la hora y media han pasado a recogernos. Nada recomendable.

Realizamos el paseo en tren el martes 22 de agosto en plena ola de calor a las 11 de la mañana. Nos tocó un tren que además de ir lleno se deshacía por momentos! No te podías apoyar ni sentarte cómodamente era hasta peligroso. Además no se oian las pocas explicaciones apenas con los ruidos propios del tren y del tráfico. Nos comimos muchísimo atasco. No lo recomiendo para nada, además lo que te enseñan en el paso lo puedes ver tú mismo a pie en mucho menos tiempo y mejor.

Todo muy apresurado y sin atención personal, hemos llegado y subido al trencito y justo cuando salimos y ya acomodados me dicen que tengo que pasar por la oficina para validar el ticket de internet, en ningún momento no me habían dicho nada, tuve que molestar a los demás pasajeros para bajar y volver a subir. En la bodega la atención por parte del guía en español muy mal, en el tren no se escuchaba bien las indicaciones, resumiendo si tengo que volver hacer esto lo haría directamente por mi.
