Actividad de lo más recomendable. Además la realizamos a la mejor hora posible, ya que coincidió con la puesta de sol. No me ha parecido excelente porque han dejado entrar a mucha gente que debía ir de pie al estar todos los asientos ocupados y eso ha propiciado que muchas personas no hayan podido disfrutar al 100% de la actividad al verse afectada la visibilidad. No deberían vender más entradas de los asientos a ocupar.

Pese a tener reservado una hora para el crucero, tienes que ir a validar el ticket (primera cola), luego hacer cola para el barco (segunda cola) para luego no tener sitio y tener q ir de pie. Tienes que estar casi una hora antes para poder coger un sitio bueno. La reserva no vale para nada.

Estuvo estupendo el paseo en crucero, una experiencia inolvidable, por ese lado todo bien. Lo califico como “muy mal” por Civitatis; no son capaces de darte soluciones cuando tienes un imprevisto de última hora. Yo no quería una devolución, sólo quería un cambio de fecha o un bono para poder usarlo en otro momento. Te compensa más acercarte al muelle y coger el billete sin ningún intermediario que se lleva una comisión que no se merece.
