Bien, el recorrido es bonito pero las explicaciones cortas y fuera de tiempo, el barco mejor de los pequeños pero no se aclararon mucho cuando me hicieron cambiar el ticket de civitatis por uno de la compañía Tomaz do Fouro, lo tenia a las 18,30 y me lo cambiaron por uno de las 18,00 que iba a salir y estaba casi lleno. Hemos estado en el crucero, el paisaje muy bonito y muy tranquilo. Hay un audioguía programado que cada Xs tiempo te cuenta cosas, está en varios idiomas entre ellos Portugués, Inglés y Español (no recuerdo si alguno más). La actividad en sí estuvo bien, pero se echa de menos un/una guía que te vaya explicando todo conforme lo vas viendo y puedas preguntarle cualquier duda. Aquí te ponen un altavoz que te va explicando las cosas en 4 idiomas distintos, y si tienes suerte y tu idioma es el primero (o eres bilingüe) pues te enterarás de lo que ves, pero si no, te va a explicar algo de una cosa que has visto hace 2 minutos y obviamente no te has fijado en ese detalle, pero por lo demás pues bueno, está bien.

Me ha decepcionado un poco. Pensaba q iba a ser algo más teniendo en cuenta que han sido 18 euros, el más caro de los ofertados . Lo saqué con antelación y resulta que la guía, aquí en oporto, nos dijo que 15 euros con la misma compañía, menos 3 euros de descuento por ir de su parte…. 6 euros menos el mismo crucero, con la misma compañía.

La actividad fue interesante ya que ves Porto desde la perspectiva del río. Lo peor fue la información de como proceder. Una vez reservas la hora de la actividad piensas que con el papel impreso de Civitatis lo presentas y ya está. Pero no es así ya que lo tienes que validar por otro ticket de la empresa que realiza el crucero, esto nos hizo perder el crucero reservado y tener que esperar al siguiente.

Una actividad turística para hacer en Oporto por el Duero, no es mucho trayecto y son escasas las explicaciones que iban dando era una grabación. Nos pareció muy mal que después de comprar el ticket por internet en civitatis, tuvimos que hacer la cola igualmente con los que compraban allí para nos dieran el ticket en papel, ya que no sirve el comprobante del móvil para acceder al barco.

Al llegar al punto de acceso al crucero para canjear el ticket no estaba registrada, se solucionó rápido con una llamada. Respecto al crucero tuvimos suerte para hacerlo desde la cubierta y la megafonía se escuchaba perfecta, muy aconsejable llevar chaqueta porque hizo muy buen tiempo y llevábamos todos y se pasa frio, la experiencia la calificaría media, no me convenció del todo, a mi parecer lo mejor de la Riveira lo tienes sin ser necesario hacer el crucero ni pagar el importe.
