Boat Rental with Skipper in Porto
At the appointed time, we'll meet up at the Marina da Afurada, located in Vila Nova de Gaia. From this point, we'll embark on a journey to sail the waters of the majestic Douro River, one of the great attractions of Porto.
Once onboard the boat, it'll be up to you to decide which direction you want to take. For example, we recommend you to cross the main bridges of Porto and enjoy stunning views of the Portuguese city, or to visit the different coastal villages in the surroundings, such as Póvoa de Varzim or Leça da Palmeira.
For three and a half or eight and a half hours, depending on your preference, you simply need to sit back, enjoy the sailing, and admire Porto from a unique perspective.
What is the boat like?
All sailboats are rented with a skipper and include everything necessary for sailing. We have two sailboats of different sizes:
- Beneteau First 7.5: 5 seats and 1 crew member
- Beneteau First 47.7: 13 seats and 2 crew
Options
At the time of booking, you'll be able to choose the duration of the boat rental and the size of the group. Please note that each option has a different departure time.
- Half-day charter (up to 5 people): you'll enjoy 3.5 hours onboard the sailboat, which departs at 9.30 am and 2.30 pm.
- Full day charter (up to 5 or 13 people): in this case, you'll have 8.5 hours of boat rental. Regardless of the size of the group, the tour will start at 9:30 am.
